1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available to individuals 18 years and older.

• By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Community Guidelines

Bookkeeping Buds is built on kindness, encouragement, and collaboration. As a member, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect

• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior

• Maintain confidentiality of other members’ shared experiences

• Use the community for lawful purposes only

Violations may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

3. Payments and Billing

• Membership fees are billed securely via Affinipay on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

• You must provide current, valid payment information to maintain membership.

• Membership continues until canceled by you or terminated by us.

• Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Termination and Cancellation

• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting buds@bookkeepingbuds.com.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for nonpayment, violation of these Terms, or disruptive conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

• All Bookkeeping Buds materials—including but not limited to courses, templates, event recordings, guides, and branding—are the intellectual property of BB.

• You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any BB content without prior written consent.

6. Member Content

• Any content you share within the community (e.g., posts, comments, shared resources) remains your property.

• By posting, you grant BB a non-exclusive license to display and use the content within the community.

• Testimonials or feedback you voluntarily provide may be used in BB marketing materials with your permission.

7. Events and Recordings

• Live calls, webinars, and events may be recorded for future viewing by members.

• By participating, you consent to being recorded (video and/or audio).

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Bookkeeping Buds provides resources and community support but does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

• Any actions or decisions you make based on information shared in the community are your sole responsibility.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, BB is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your membership or use of Services.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our Site and are effective immediately upon posting.

• Continued use of the Site or Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
