Prior to owning Conrad, she cofounded and started a technology company where she led a team to develop a new piece of software and successfully take it to market. Her experience spans from working with entrepreneurial startups to multi-national Fortune 500 companies that grew up out of their entrepreneurial spirit and genius and has participated in a combination of startup/incubations, business sales and acquisitions playing a key role to integrate culture and process with domestic and international consideration.
